My test of the Free iPods offer
The true story of 4 friends destined to all sign up for free iPods and complete offers in the quest for a free iPod.
The people are real, the iPods are real, and Gratis Internet is
put to the test.
It's February 22, 2005. I have finally signed up. It was in Wired Magazine and on Fox News,
and some of my other friends have had the joy of getting a free
iPod in the mail. So now it's my turn.
This timeline will follow my
personal journey. From initial sign-up until I get my free
iPod or get screwed. Either way, you'll hear about it.

I signed up for the first time.
That was easy. Next, I'll complete an offer.
I'm thinking of signing up for
the Citi student card offer. Since it's for college
students, it's real easy to get and doesn't cost anything.

I convinced my
cousin to sign-up, but he is actually still 17 right
now. For most offers you'll need to be 18.

small set-back, and the fact that I have a lot of school
work to do, I'm going to put this site on hold
temporarily.

Wow, it's been a long time! I meant to complete
this over the summer, but never actually got around to
it! (I'm pretty lazy...)
